#43215 Windows 7 - Installation Problems

Posted by researcher on 28 December 2017 - 12:57 PM in General

I can not uninstall Dialogic System Release driver. Its not visible in Add/Remove program under control panel.

But whenever I try to install VoiceGuide freshly I am prompted  to uninstall Dialogic System Release driver.

What should be done under such situations?

#43210 Windows 7 - Installation Problems

Posted by researcher on 28 December 2017 - 02:59 AM in General

IVR is running but it doesn't recognize the script and load numbers to be dialed out.

Is it possible to completely avoid the use of Dialogic card and yet prepare my computer to dial out using LAN card  VoIP/HMP/SIP

Kindly help.

#43205 Windows 7 - Installation Problems

Posted by researcher on 26 December 2017 - 11:29 AM in General

I did as instructed.

After installing Dialogic driver the system is required to be restarted. When I did that, the windows is trying to shut down for hours together. Then I switched off the power from main switch. Then switched on again. And trying to restart the system. It did not boot up initially.  But in second attempt it boots up but asks for option to restore or repair. When I chose repairs it never repairs. When I restore again I get windows working without Dialogic drivers (Dialogic_drivers_for_VoiceGuide_v7.5_gen2_271).

Any help will be appreciated

#43203 Windows 7 - Installation Problems

Posted by researcher on 25 December 2017 - 09:06 PM in General

Hello everybody

I have attached the Dialogic D4PCIUFWEU Voice Board - PCI - 4 x Phone Line (RJ-11) - Plug-in Card

on my windows 7 home edition. Then installed Dialogic_drivers_for_VoiceGuide_v7.5_gen2_271

Also installed JRE ( file name jre-6u31-windows-i586.exe)  and Net 4.0.(Filename  dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe).

I have also installed VoiceGuide_7.5.15

Now my Windows 7 Home edition stopped working altogether. It recommends to restore to an earlier version which worked. When I restore then the Windows work but without Dialogic drivers.

I am not able to go ahead.

Any help please?

#43077 Different Dialogic Cards

Posted by researcher on 08 December 2017 - 10:10 PM in General

You cannot mix 'JCT' series cards and D/4PCI series cards.

Either both cards have to be D/4PCI family cards or both have to be 'JCT'

D/41JCT is the only 4 line analog card in JCT family. There are many types of D/4PCI cards, all can work in same system together.

If you have two or more JCT cards in the computer then you have to link all the cards together with a "CT Bus cable". (see the installation instructions that come with JCT cards)

D/4PCI cards do not have to be linked together with CT Bus cable. (D/4PCI do not have a CT Bus connector)

If you need 8 lines then recommend looking at using a D/120JCT card. It is a 12 line card.

This is a good offer for 12 lines

#43037 Password Change Difficulty

Posted by researcher on 05 December 2017 - 02:13 AM in General

Dear sir

I have logged into my profile with the correct password a few days ago. Since then I am logged in automatically from my laptop. But I cant log in from other desktop PCs.

And when I try to change the password from my profile, it is asking to enter current password, which I dont have. Hence I have to use support forum only when I am using my laptop.

I have also tried to receive email on my earlier  email account by trying the "Forgot password" feature, but I have so far never received email for resetting my password.

Please see the attachment.

Is there a way to reset my password please?

Thanks
