All the features that you mentioned are supported by VoiceGuide.

Approach to take would be to set up VoiceGuide to work in VoIP mode, and set up Cisco to route all incoming calls to VoiceGuide first.

Connection with Cisco UCM, Cisco CUCM (CallManager), etc. is fine, we have a number of systems deployed that communicate with the various Cisco products.

You will be able to fully install and test the system for yourself using the evaluation versions of VoiceGuide and Dialogic HMP VoIP drivers, so you will be able to demonstrate that the system is fully working before buying any licenses.

VoiceGuide can then take callers though the auto attendant and/or directory and transfer the calls and run voicemail scripts if transfers fail.

The voicemail system in VoiceGuide is also fully customizable, the voicemail system can be edited like any other VoiceGuide callflow scirpt.

Please let us know if you have any questions,

Dear Support,

Thanks for your response.

I have read the repsonse from the Support team and done what was advised.

The trial went well on a standalone and I would like to get the cost implication for the software license.

regards,
