How To Disable Incoming Calls?

I use voiceguide 7 to place calls but sometimes for some reason the lines get stuck with incoming calls. How can disable incoming calls?

Just set the incoming script to "Start without answering the call" and in that script just place a single Hangup module. Then the system will never answer any incoming calls.

 

To prevent calls from being sent into the system on these lines you need speak with the phone company and ask the setup these lines in such a way that they will not send calls into your system on these lines. ie. Have the lines setup with them as 'outbound only'.
