Transfer To Hunt-group

Dear Support,

 

I have a problem that after do Transfer to Hunt-Group on Our PABX, the caller will hear Waiting Music that indicate the transfer was on progress but before other party on Hunt-Group receive the call, the Caller will loop back to VG.

 

Somehow this scenario run smoothly on other site / machine / PABX.

 

Is there any special setting on Configxml to adjust the value or something?

Sounds like this PBX is returning the call back to the extensions that transferred the call to the hunt group if the PBX cannot deliver the calls to any members of the hunt group within a certain time.

 

You should have a look at the PBX to see how this setting can be changed to stop the PBX from sending the call back.

Is there another workaround then do setting on PABX bcs we have poor support from our PABX vendor

Only other option would be to not pass call to hunt group but send it direct to the particular extensions...

 

Not much that can be done if the PBX returns the call... You need to get the PBX working as you need it to work or change the PBX.
