Hi Support team,
We have a situation today all of sudden: VG would not start. It was fine until last week.
Only difference is that there was Windows updates, which I do not think really relevant.
Would you be able to see the log and tell us what is causing it?
Upon start, VG green arrow on the tray icon shows the service has been started, but the "status monitor" shows no lines available.
Any help is much appreciated.
