Evaluation Vg Message

Hello, We switched to Win 10 without problema, but last week VG 7.4.9 sends the message EVALUATION (needs restarting every hour) I reinstall and the problema continue. Ehen we try to activate a campaign VG place only four calls and stops. Cuuld help me know what is happening? We bought a license for 4 ports.  Thanks.

Dialogic System Release 6.0 drivers do not officially support Windows 10.

There are a few issues when using these drivers under Windows 10 and looks like you have encountered one of them.

 

Recommend going back to the version of Windows that you have previously used on this system.

Thank you We will back to Windows 7. Do you recommend upgrade to latest versión VG? Does it work my current license?  Thank You

Newest version of VoiceGuide has a number of improvements, and updating will give you access to all future v7.5.x releases.

 

We recommend keeping the software up to date, as we can only provide full support to systems that run the latest version of the software.
