Recording Calls?

is there a way to use the record module in voice guide version 6.0.3101 to record the call as it is happening?

Recording the call is possible - both recording of the conversation between two bridged parties, and recording of both sides of Person<->IVR interaction.

 

The Call record capacity depends on VoiceGuide version and license type.

 

To record the conversation between two bridged parties the "Enterprise+Dialer" license is needed.

 

To record both sides of Person<->IVR interaction the "Enterprise" license is needed and v7.5 or newer of VoiceGuide must be used.

v6.0.3101 is the version of the VoiceGuide Script Designer only. That script designer was used in VoiceGuide versions 7.4.x
