On Busy Not Work

I have D/41JCT Dialogic card with voice guide 7.2.2. I used Dialout and conference-blind for call transfer. on path i used on (busy) or on (noanswer) for transfer to another extension but these commands not work please help me ASAP.

You should use a Timeout path instead of noanswer.

 

 

Please post VoiceGuide traces capturing the attempted call transfer.

(please .ZIP up traces before posting)

Ok, i can use timeout for no answer but what can i do for busy ext, on (busy) not work for me.

 

please help me and tell me where is the path of trace log that i should send to you.

Traces are in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please .ZIP up and post the vgEngine trace that contains the transfer attempt and we can then see what happened on this system.

Trace shows that the "Blind Dial and Connect" option is selected.

 

134931.796 6 7 4 state [Transfer to operator] Blind Dial and Connect to 101

 

Blind Dial and Connect will result in the two calls being bridged immediately after the second number is dialed on the second line.

 

 

To monitor for busy etc before connecting the call you need to select the "Monitored Dial and Connect" option.

i used "Monitored Dial and Connect" but again on busy not work!!! another problem is about announce message i won't this message i want my extension answer the line without any choice, and another question is about this why my "3 way conference" not work too!!!

 

For inform you i used true freq for busy tone with PBXexpert tools on Dialogic card.

Please try spcifying this for the announce message field in the transfer module:

 

none

 

this should stop the default announce message from playing (this bug has since been fixed).
