Loosing Tsp Pbx Strings

Hi,

 

I am using VG 5.X with TAPI and a dialogic D41EPCI under XP SP2 + SR 5.1.1 + SP1.

 

Everytime I open TSP configuration service and go to the PBX string tab, all my conference, hold, transfer, etc ... settings are blank eventhough I save them by clicking on apply/ok then close the window. I have configured DCM to use TSFFileSupport = true and I have assigned my TSF filename.

 

This means that my transfer & conference do not work unless I re-enter the strings then re-start the Dialogic services. Has anyone come across this problem before?

Dialogic TAPI drivers (TSP) have a number of problems.

 

That is why we recommend not using them.

 

We recommend using VoiceGuide v6 or v7 with Dialogic cards.

 

VoiceGuide v6 and v7 do not use Dialogic's TAPI drivers.
