Coonection 1-isdn Ni2 With Dialogic D/240sc-t1

Recommended Posts

I have follow all the instruccions for connecting a D/240SC-T1 with a Telco BellSouth. When I call the number the system answer me sorry all the channels are busy try later. I update the file spandti.prm for a ISDN - PRI NI2 B8ZS. Are there anything else to establish the communication?

Do you have a 'solid green' lights on the Dialogic D/240SC-T1 card?

Are you using 'VoiceGuide for ISDN'?

I am using the Dialogic Configuration Manager DCM; and I put the defaults in the ISDN parameter file 0013 01; 0014 01; 0016 01; 0020 01.

I am using the Dialogic System Release 5.1.1, with its service pack. The problem is when I call the T1 number, the system answer "Sorry all the circuits are busy try later". I think I need to configurate some parameter in the Spandti.prm

I was referring to the application software, not the card's drivers.

Are you running "VoiceGuide for ISDN" or some other software?

This forum is for support of VoiceGuide software only.

There will soon be a version of VoiceGuide available which does speech recognition. You may want to try that version when it comes out.

"VoiceGuide for ISDN" is an old product. "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" now contains all the modules which "VoiceGuide for ISDN" had.
