Guest jjfama Report post Posted 11/10/2005 12:17 AM My client has already registered voiceguide for use on a dialogic card. We're using a Dialogic T1 card and would like to demo/test the script using a Voice Modem. This is because a T1 line is not available in the office and the IVR server will be deployed elsewhere. I would like to demo/test my script to my client using a Voice Modem without having to chop up the script into less than 30 modules at a time. I tried using the registered VG for dialogic but unregistering tapiwrap.ocx disables access to the voice modem while using VG (for voicemodem) on the other hand does not detect Dialogic Serial Number and thus does not recognize the registration keys properly. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/10/2005 01:05 AM v5.2.5 should still detect the Dialogic card's serial number - was the Dialogic service started before starting VG? Share this post Link to post
Guest jjfama Report post Posted 11/12/2005 12:27 AM I have VG v5.2.5003 and the dialogic service was started. Dialogic line devices were present but dialogic serial number does not appear. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/12/2005 12:54 AM Maybe you have old versions of some OCXs/DLLs on the system... Can we have a look at this system using PCAnywhere or WinVNC? Share this post Link to post
