Dial Conference: Line To Use In Result Variable

In a transfer module, can I use a result variable to specify the line or lines to use in the text field "line to use to make the outbound call"

I tried using $RV_LINEID a system result variable and $RV[OutLine] a user defined result variable but it did not work.

 

In the event trace log I get the following trace.

 

61612.94 40 dial device [dxxxB4C1] not in selection list [,$RV[OutLine],]

 

the result variable is not changed to its value.

 

Is there a proper format to specify the result variable. I also tried putting it in quotes with the same result.

Thanks the updated EXE fixed the problem. Unfortunately I now get a lot of additional error logs as well. I do not know if it came from the updated EXE or the OCX that I've updated in relation to another post.

It could also be something that your support may have been testing on our server. Let me know what's causing this or what should I do to fix this. My log file grows very fast even if the IVR system is idle.

Please delete OutDial.mdb fine in VG's \data\ subdirectory and then restart VG.

 

Also reduce the trace level to 9.
