Dear Support Person!

 

Please tell me how to finally start working this program from scratch, and please don't save words.

you can start from the point where the phone line is connected, for example: is it connected straight to my computer, or after the computer its connected back to the phone?

 

and if its a lot of typing to explain then please email me a menu with diagram.
