Looks like no sound files is defined in module [Welcome], so nothing gets played, and eventually script times out awaiting input and hang up.

Please set the sound file to play in module [Welcome].

This is now OK . thank you i can do outgoing call and hear the message..

But sometimes the outgoing calls do not go even i have the SIP connected, the dates correctly positionned (start and scheduel times time).

As if VG was in a strange state ..So i have attached all the logs of such a case..

Any advise on what i did wrong ?

Is the number of "Retries Left" for those calls >= 0 ?

Please also check the daily Start and Stop times for those calls.

i set the "Number of retries" to 0 because I want the system to place only call. Can't this value be set to 0?

I checked the start /stop times and they are looking ok. Please see the screen shot..

Joe

The "Retries Left" is the column in the database that keeps the current retries remaining for each call.

But sounds like the issue here is that the call is not made when new call is loaded, right?

Please make a capture of when this happens (include the vgDialListLoad and vgEngine traces) and create a new support forum thread on this new topic.

> Yes exact. Let me do another test and post it in a new thread.
