Blind Transfer

Hello,

I need to transfer calls to Customer Service if the caller chooses to talk to an agent.

Call transfers worked fine for me when I was using a modem, but since I upgraded to Dialogic D/4PCI, I can't (blind) transfer calls anymore.

Below is the VG log.

Anybody see from there if it's a Dialogic setting, or what ?

You need to set the hookflash lenght used by the Dialogic card to match that required by our PBX.
