User Suddlen Hangup

Dear Sir

I use New version of Voiceguide , I use the vgs script to make attendence of staff, There are problem on that staff suddenly hang up when any modules of VGS run , The telephone Line cannot release  line when suddleny hangup

 

How to release the line ?

The line should drop automatically if any of the following occur:

  • Loop Current Drop on the line.
  • Disconnect tone on the line.
  • Special DTMF tone played by PBX/Switch.
  • Timeout awaiting input from caller.
