However, we are planning to run several research projects at a time using different scripts. We are loading calls directly into the OutDialQue.mdb using a vb script. Does the script in the "Script" field from the Outdialque.mdb over ride the script associated with the line device in the configuration wizzard? We will be loading outgoing calls from several different projects using several different scripts. We want the OutdialQue.mdb to drive the scripts used, not the scripts assigned in the Config Wizzard. Share this post Link to post

Yes. On Outbound calls the script specified to be used on the outbound call will be used. Easy to confirm this - just make an outbound call and you'll see.... Share this post Link to post
