The Dialogic D/4PCIUF and D/4PCIU4S cards each support 4 analog ports.

You can have multiple cards in one machine.

To use an E1 connection you should use the D/300JCT card.

So is the voiceguide works well with this D/300JCT card? How much will it usually cost us for a new one?

Yes, VoiceGuide works with the entire range of Dialogic's T1 and E1 cards. This includes the DMV range of cards as well (DMV480, DMV600, DMV1200 etc).

For cost you should contact your local Dialogic reseller (or look on Ebay for used card pricing).

Which country are you located in?

From: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm

an add on option for VoiceGuide Professional and VoiceGuide Enterprise which adds outbound dialing capability to VoiceGuide. The Dialer Add-on is required whenever the system needs to make an outgoing call on a new line. This is used for applications like:

Message/Script broadcasting to a list of telephone numbers.

Forwading recorded voicemail messages to another phone number.

Making outgoing calls loaded using the Send Phone Message module, the Dialer_OutDialQueAdd function, OutDial_New.xml file etc.

Dial and Conference transfers - otherwise known as 'Tromboning' transfers - where a call on a new line is made to the number to which the call is to be transfered to, and the new outgoing call is connected to the exiting call on the systm. (Normal 'hookflash' transfers do not require the Dialer)

Each server will have a 30 line VoiceGuide license on it.

Each server will have one USI (UniqueID) - it will be the serial number of the Dialogic card in the server.

Does Voiceguide also capable of using an IP Address for call transfer instead of an ISDN?

Not directly.

You can connect VoIP lines to the Dialogic card (via a VoIP<->Analog adaptor) and transfer calls to that VoIP line via the Dialogic card.

The VoIP supplier which you select will advise which adaptors work with their service.

The Dialogic System Release drivers are available for download. Links are specified on our Recommended Hardware page.

For D/600JCT-2E1 you should be using the SR6.0 drivers.
