Answering Machine Detection Vg For Dialogic

Hi,

 

I have recently installed VG for dialogic am having the following problem.

 

VG makes outbound call

Answered by answering machine

Meant to play answering machine script ie callback.vgs see below (which has option to transfer to human detected script)

Nothing is actually played (I know this because I have heard a few false detections) and it just plays silence instead of the words in the script

Please post C:\BookingAngel\Callback.vgs.

 

Is there a file MMDDsw.txt crated in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory? Pleae post that as well.
