System Hang Up On Caller

I have the ENterprise version of VG and I am running everything in TTS mode. WHen a caller calls the sytem answers and immedialey hangs up. BTW - I am using a dialogic card and tested the card using the dialogic utilities and everyting is working perfectly. I see in the log that it is some Wave driver issue, as mentioned that this script is 100% TTS so i am not sure hoe to reslove it! haere is the log:

Have you installed the Dialogic card's Wave drivers as per the instructions in the VoiceGuide help file?

 

When testing the Dialogic card's TAPI/Wave drivers you need to use the TALKER32 demo program - that is the only Dialogic test program which uses the TAPI/Wave drivers.

 

As another test can you try running a script which upon answering plays one of the WAV files in VoiceGuide's SYSTE/VOICEDLGC directory and see if that file plays OK...
