Testing Scripts

Hi VoiceGuide Team,

 

I have installed HMP + VoiceGuide and SJPhone in another system. I also hear the demonstration script answer the call. How can i test scripts?

The .vgs files can be edited in the VoiceGuide Script Editor application.

 

Config.xml specifies which script will be used when the incoming call is answered on each of the lines.

 

If Config.xml is changed the the VoiceGuide service needs to be restarted to read in the new Config.xml settings.

 

If VoiceGuide Script is changed and saved then any new calls will use the new version of that script. There is no need to restart the VoiceGuide service.
