License And Software Migration...

Recommended Posts

Hi! i have currently VG6 running in Windows 2000 SP4 with a D120JCT-LS dialogic card. I want to move to a new machine with windows 2003 R2 SP2. How can i move the license? Must i move to VG7 or keep VG6? where can i find the dialogic drivers for windows 2003?

thanks in advance,

Alberto

You may need to move to VoiceGuide v7. Not sure if the older Dialogic drivers that are used with v6 will work on Win2003.

Dialogic drivers for use with v7 on Win2003 can be downloaded from our WWW Downloads page.

This dialogic board can use R6.0 pci for Windows driver and this obviously supports windows 2003, so i understand we could use VG6 with this board, is that correct? If we move to VG7 we have to pay more for that licenses...

thanks

As per notes on the Downloads page:

VoiceGuide v7 is designed and built to work with Dialogic SR6.0 drivers.

VoiceGuide v6 is designed and built to work with Dialogic SR5.1.1 SP1 or SR5.1.1 FP1 drivers.

You may try to use VoiceGuide v6 on SR6.0 drivers, but this configuration is not supported.
