Announce An Average Queue Hold Time Based On Call Volume?

the estimated wait time and the position in queue when call is in ACD queue is played in this version.

Was just advised that you also need to update some sound files in VoiceGuide's \system\voice\ subdirectory after installing the 130527 build.

 

Please see attached. Both ULaw and ALaw versions of files are included.
