Any Help Please

Ive had to reinstall after a computer crash now when useing the dialogic sample programe (perfect tone ) as it is answerd it detect voice is there a setting ive missed or maybe a jumper as I had to change the irq the card is a old d41/d

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going on.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.

 

You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.

I have,nt got as far as installing vg yet in the dialogic sample program while I phone a number as soon as it starts ringing it says positive voice detected while its still ringing ,is that just the tone thats not set up (I dont remember setting tones before) or something I have not done.
