Campaign Schedule Stalled

I recently purchase VG 7, now I have updated the licence Iam trying to run the same XML file, the problem is the file loads ok but it wont dial out, in the Oubound Call Loader' under campaign I can see the 2 loaded calls, only after I click on Activate, that did not happen before.


Now no calls are being made where under the evaluation copy it was making calls.


Any help please.

Did the license you purchase include the Dialer?

Dialer Add-on is required whenever the system needs to make an outgoing call on a new line.
