Ivr Not Answer The Call

Hello, Please kindly assist me, because when i try to call the ivr, it always ringing.

Then i try to restar the ivr, then it is okay again. but when the time passing by,

suddenly when i call again its shows only ringing when i check the logs i see

when the soundfile turn the ivr not pay it, then ringing.

Please kindly help me in this problem

If you have not registered VoiceGuide then VoiceGuide will stop answering calls after a while.
