Identical Card Replacement

Recommended Posts

Let me first pass on a compliment. Reading thru several post looking for answer, shows your intelligence level in both technical assistance and written communication. Rarely will one find a tech company to have both! I also noted a good deal of common senses type responses. With many companies these types of inquires (product licensing) would have caused a red tape tie up.

Now moving onto my issue. Sometime ago I purchased software for my D41/d system. Over the years I upgraded to the VG for dialogic as it was available. My old unique ID started with an M, I assumed linked to the only installed NIC.

5 digit USIs beginning with a letter 'M' are linked to the Network Card.

5 digit USIs beginning with a letter 'H' are linked to the Hard Disk.

8 digit USIs are linked to the Dialogic card.

My old D41/d failed recently so I purchased a used D41/d from ebay for a simple direct replacement with no new software install time. After installing the card, I now have two Unique ID's showing. The old one, and an new 8 digit number. I received a code from Sales@voiceguide for the new number. Now neither number will unlock the trial version. I am using the VG for dialogic version 6.0.3095.

Please help.

Dan

Thank you! :)

Now regarding the issue you've encountered:

All license related enquiries should be sent to sales@voiceguide.com.

It sounds like you're having problems using the new issued code, so you should probably in your email include a screenshot of the filled out registration screen along with the error message displayed.
