Failed Call

Hi,

 

When VoiceGuide makes a phone call and get busy tone or no answer and have retried to call the number as many as the set amount of retry call, how can I get this to write to Microsoft Access table?

 

FYI, I use VoiceGuide version 6.

You would need to update your system to v7.

 

In VoiceGuide v7 it is possible to specify a custom script/command to be ran when the call is not answered, and also a script/command to be ran when the retries are exhausted.

The feature which you are asking about is not available in v6. You can only perform this action if you update to v7.
