Odbc

Hi,

 

How can I access CallQue table (VG v7) using ODBC? I'd to be able to see the table via Ms Access 2003. Do you have the ODBC (DSN) setting?

You can view the CallQue table contents using the OutBound Call Loader.

 

If you would like to have more control over the CallQue table then you should setup the system to use a database of your choice. Instructions on how to do this are here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...rnal_config.htm

 

It is easier to setup VoiceGuide to use a database like SQL Server or MySQL and view data in these databases then trying to view and manipulate data in the default database that VoiceGuide uses 'out-of-the-box'. The default database that VoiceGuide uses is 100% managed code and uses ADO.NET Provider Factories. No ODBC drivers are made for it.
