VoiceGuide's ktTel trace shows an error on Dialogic drivers level:

078 101341.021 4292 ERROR gc_start

079 101341.021 4292 1 ERROR StartDialogicGlobalCall returned -1

Have you tested this HMP installation using Dialogic's own IPMediaServer.exe test application?

Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/install_v7_dialogichmp.htm

Looks like Windows 7 SP1 is used on this system:

szOSName: Microsoft Windows 7, szOSVersion: 6.1, szOSBuild: 7601, szOSType: , szOSSvcPack: Service Pack 1

Is anything else installed on that system apart from Windows and HMP?

Is this perhaps a virtual machine?

What happens when my system is Windows 7 SP1?

It's not a virtual machine.

Thanks for your reply.

Should be no issues starting up VoiceGuide then...

Is any other software installed on this system apart from Windows+HMP+VoiceGuide?

Is there perhaps any other VoIP software installed that could be using the 5060 SIP port?

Is all other software closed when the VoiceGuide service is started?

Please close or uninstall other software that could be conflicting and try starting VoiceGuide again. Look in VoiceGuide ktTel log and make sure that there are no gc_Start errors like this one after starting the service:

078 101341.021 4292 ERROR gc_start

079 101341.021 4292 1 ERROR StartDialogicGlobalCall returned -1

Yes, i installed a lot of softwares on this system.

I used netstat -atun to check 5060 port is open or close, but it's not diplay although i registered SIP account.

There are other ports that could be causing issue with Dialogic HMP.

These TCP ports must be available: 1719, 1720, 5060, 12002, 12003, 12004, 20000, and 20001

(please see https://www.dialogic.com/-/media/manuals/hmp30win/release_install.pdf )

If you have any anti-virus type software on system we'd recommend disabling it for a while until this HMP startup problem is resolved.

Please also .ZIP up all the RTF logs from Dialogic's \log\ sub-directory and post them here. We can then advise if they show what is going wrong.

The RTF log files do not seem to contain enough information about what happened

Please try this:

1. Stop the VoiceGuide service.
2. Stop the Dialogic service.

Please place the attached RtfConfigWin.xml file on your system - unzip first. (file link at very bottom of this post)

for Windows 7/8.1/10 and Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 :
3a. make the hidden directory C:\ProgramData visible
3b. go to C:\ProgramData\Dialogic\HMP\cfg

for Windows XP, server 2003 and Server 2008 32bit :
3a. go to C:\Program Files\Dialogic\cfg

Then:

4. Backup existing RtfConfigWin.xml,
5. Replace it with attached RtfConfigWin.xml (unzip it first)
6. Shutdown and restart Windows.

7. Start the Dialogic service.
8. Once Dialogic service has fully started then start the VoiceGuide service.

9. .ZIP up Dialogic logs (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dialogic\log directory)

12. Please post all the above .ZIPed logs here.

That trace still does not show us why this error is occurring:

h3r_Start : caught unknown exception while creating Sharon Manager

Most likely either a port is not available or there is some DLL mismatch or some anti-virus type software is interfering.

Recommend to set up a system starting with a new reformatted disk/partition and install only Windows + HMP +VoiceGuide on that new system.

As this is a HMP system you could use an ESXi VM for this purpose.
