Rvs Saved In Cdr Entries

Recommended Posts

Any data assigned to $RV[CDR_user] will be placed it the 17th CDR field.

You can assign any data, stored in other $RVs or otherwise, to $RV[CDR_user]

There is no limit on how much text data can be stored in $RV[CDR_user]

I try to disable saving data into log (not in CDR?) file in Evaluate Expression module, but VG adding data from database query to CDR.

I want to have possibility to choose witch data should be stored into cdr file, best from Evaluate Expression module.

Sounds like you have enabled for all $RVs to be stored in CDR's lastdata field (9th field in CDR entry), yes?

(as per instructions here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/log_cdrs.htm )

If you do not want for all $RVs to be saved then you need to disable this option and then just select which $RVs and data you would like to save and assign them to $RV[CDR_user] - which will then be placed it the 17th CDR field.

1. How to disable storing database query results when CDR_LastData_SaveRv=1, and storing only data checked in "saving data into log" parameter Evaluate Expression module?

2. How can I collect several data in 17 field with variable like:

"<call_terminated>2014-10-15 19:16:39</call_terminated><ID_menu>1</ID_menu>"

Setting CDR_LastData_SaveRv=1 would save all RVs, not just some.

If you would like to have more functionality added to VoiceGuide please contact sales@voiceguide.com with your requirements.

You would need to create the string that you would like saved and assign it to $RV[CDR_user]

$RV[CDR_user] contents will be saved in CDR field 17.

The string probably be easiest created using a VBScript module.
