Call Not Hanging Up

Recommended Posts

Line status monitor reported a outgoing call length of 1120 seconds before I manually hung up the call on a script that had proper timeouts, etc.

The script is for a satisfaction survey. This has happened recurrently, not on all calls, but on some.

0715_CallEvents doesn't report the call. File is attached. Please refer to the attached 20140715.txt first.

Any ideas?

so looks like the script that was specified to be used:

c:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Dale Test\2014GAQuestionaire.vgs

does not exist on your system.

VoiceGuide does not continue with processing this call or more calls on the line in those situations to alert you of this issue.

(if it did continue then you would have a situation where a series of calls are made and each call not doing anything on call answer as the script was not found on each call)

Thank-you again. It was a simple fix, of course, because I had put a space where it shouldn't have been. Should have been able to recognize it myself. Anyway, thanks again.
