How To Make Call On Schedule?

Hi There,

 

We're calling people on daily base. Due to the call volume we have, we can't finish call list in one day. So on the next day, Voice Guide starts calling out based on the phone number already loaded in the database, then call new numbers.

 

Based on this situation, what we want to know is:

 

1. Is it possible we can load new phone number before the phone number already in the call list? If it is possible, how can we do it?

 

2. Is it possible we can arrange to call certain phone number in certain time? For example call 416-111-1234 at 10:30am everyday? If it is possible, how can we do it?

Is it possible we can load new phone number before the phone number already in the call list?

Use the Priority levels to indicate which calls should be dialed before the others.

 

A lower number indicates a higher priority. ie: 1 is the highest priority, then 2 etc etc.

 

Load your 'bulk' dialing at priority 5 and then any calls which need to be dialed immediately just load them in with a lower number in the priority field.

2. Is it possible we can arrange to call certain phone number in certain time? For example call 416-111-1234 at 10:30am everyday? If it is possible, how can we do it?

You will need to load into the database an entry for every time you want this number called.

If you want it called every day for a week then load 7 entries - one for each day, if you want it called every day for a year then load in 365 entries - one for each day.
