Send Email Module Not Starting

Dear VG team,

i hope you are doin fine,

 

kindly note that sending email module is not starting although the outlook is installed on the IVR server, i have tried the SMTP option but the same issue remains.

kindly find in the attachment the VGS file and the logs.

vgEngine trace shows that error is: "The SMTP host was not found"

 

Please set the correct SMTP server details and try again.

 

"MAPI" is not used in VoiceGuide v7. Please see: http://www.voiceguid...odsendemail.htm
