Removing "hundred" In Amount Spell

Recommended Posts

I want to integrate "Amount and cents" to spell in polish language way.

In my language we don't use word "hundred" or "hundreds".

So I need to remove something in the

lib_num2wav.vbs

and I need to add to this script something like

case

200 = 200.wav

300 = 300.wav

400

500

600

700

800

900

Only case 100 is realy word "hundred" like in english.

so if I have amont : 324,00 I need following wavs: 300.wav+20.wav+4.wav

but if I have 124,00 I need : hunderd.wav+20.wav+4.wav.

Another problem is to spell "dollars" in polish. Mean our money is zloty but in this way

if 1

than say "zloty.wav"

if 2,3,4

than say "zlote.wav" (not "y like in 1, but "e")

and all other numbers are

zlotych.wav (ch at the end)

English language has only 2 declinations ex. dollar and dollars and that is all.

polish language has 7 !!!! that is why this original script is out of order for my language.

so if there is amount 123 we need "hundred.wav+20.wav+3.wav+zlotE.wav"

but if there is 546 it should be "500.wav+40.wav+6.wav+zlotyCH.wav"

Please support me, what exactly should I remove in the script and what to add for 200,300,400 etc.

I am not fluent in vbs.

:(

and one case more.

if there is 100 or 120 or any amount with 1 hundred at the begining

we dont use word "one hundred.....". We spell only "hundred" without word "one" so we know that this is ONE.

You will need to add a function to lib_num2wav.vbs to handle the speaking of numbers the way you want to. Look at the other functions in lib_num2wav.vbs - then you should have a pretty good idea of what you should do.

You can post your attempts along with an explanation of what is not working for you here and we can help you out, but if you do not know how to program then you should probably ask a programmer to help you out with this...
