Moved From Bt To Virgin - Now Hang Up Is Not Detected

Hi,

 

we have a dialogic D4PCI card. we have had this connected to a BT line for several years with no issues.

 

we have now moved to a virgin media line and sadly when customers hang up voice guide does not detect the hang up.

 

Can you please advise on a possible fix for this.
