Transfer Specific Problem

we have problem with signalization in telecom network.

We use transfer module with option "Dialout and Conference - Monitored to detect busy, no answer or success (connected) status.

but we don't receive each status (eg. not valid or not active number, target not reachable) so we can't inform caller about all possible status (but telecoms playing prompts describing status)


We try to use Blind transfer option to transfer voice prompt from target station, but in this case we don't know when transfer was successful and when start recording call.


How to transfer call with whisper from second line?

From previous posts we can see that this question must relate to an E1 ISDN based system. yes?


Could you please post vgEngine and ktTel traces that capture the call transfers to the various classes of numbers and we can then provide comment/advice on what can be done.
