Guest Guest_Renato Report post Posted 01/06/2005 07:29 PM I´m using Voice Guide 5.0 with an Intel Dialogic. When I call my Voice Guide, it rings some times to get an answer. My Voice Guide logs shows me that the call has been answered on "ring 0". How can I get answer on the effective first ring? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/06/2005 09:48 PM In the Dialogic TSP configuration there is a setting which allows you to set "Report incoming call after X rings". make sure that is set to 0.
