Both the TID_BUSY1 and TID_BUSY2 tone definitions do not appear to have been modified and remain set to default values.
You should change the tone definitions to reflect the Busy/Ringback/Disconnect tones played by the Telco/PBX.
Traces so not show any calls so we cannot see what tones were detected during the call.
