I was wondering how to set up a script to make outbound calls and leave a message with a person or answering machine on the other end. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/13/2007 10:50 PM You would use the Telephone Number Loader to load the list of phone numbers that you would like to call. When loading the phone numbers you can specify what scripts are to be used for then the call is answered by a live person or when it is answered by an answering machine. See this section of VoiceGuide help file: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/DialListInto.htm You will need to use a Dialogic card to be able to distinguish between the call being answered by alive human or by an answering machine.
