If i need to use "call transfer" facility of the ISDN directly provided by TC (telephony company) and without PBX, how could i use it with VoiceGuide? The last question, is it usually that the PBX let to do "call transfer" from analogic's PBX extensions and these extensions receive the ID caller from its PBX? Guest Luis Report post Posted 02/08/2003 01:09 PM The card is BRI/2VFD of Dialogic (Intel). It's two BRI ISDN with Fax. I'm thinking to buy it but i don't know if it work with VoiceGuide. VoiceGuide it's ok for me, but i don't want use PBX and BRI/2VFD could do "transfer call", maybe. Thanks Share this post Link to post
