I've successfully installed Dialogic HMP drivers and Voiceguide under the administrator account on a Windows 2012R2 server which is joined to a domain. I'm able to call in to Voiceguide using SJPhone & the IP address of the server & Voiceguide answers with the default credit card payment.vgs script. But when I log off and log back on using my own administrator account on the domain, the IVR doesn't start up automatically in the system tray. I have given my domain ID Full Permissions on the D:\Program Files (x86)\Voiceguide folder and have verified that Voiceguide IVR is set to start automatically in services. Any ideas for me?
Also, I've successfully "activated" a new license, however the pop-up windows says to use a new license perform some actions in the DCM: 1-From Device, select Restore Defaults option and from System menu, select Start System option. Where is this "DCM" executable located?
