  1. Password Change Difficulty

    Dear sir I have logged into my profile with the correct password a few days ago. Since then I am logged in automatically from my laptop. But I cant log in from other desktop PCs. And when I try to change the password from my profile, it is asking to enter current password, which I dont have. Hence I have to use support forum only when I am using my laptop. I have also tried to receive email on my earlier email account by trying the "Forgot password" feature, but I have so far never received email for resetting my password. Please see the attachment. Is there a way to reset my password please? Thanks
