SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/17/2013 09:21 AM Have you confirmed that there is only one vgIvrService.exe task running at the time? The only time we were able to reproduce the issue was if there were two vgIvrService.exe tasks showing in the Windows Task Manager. We also would need to see full traces with any problem report such as this. This will let us see what happend. if you enounter this usse again then plase .ZIP and upload the full ktTel trace as well as vgEngine trace after restart and the last vgEngine trace before restart.
