Error 53 Error And Transfer Problem

When clicking the record button to record a voicemail greeting on VG it gives me 'Error 53'. So i tried to uninstall VG and reinstall with version 5.1.7 found on your site. I still get an Error 53 and now when a call gets transferred to another extension it beeps twice on the phone im using to test and then gives me with the 'Do you want to accept the call' wav (im using PBX announced)

Any idea for either one of these errors.

Which version of Windows are you using?

 

Are you using a Voice modem? When doing call transfers I'd strongly recommend using a Dialogic card - most voice modems are not really able to do call transfers - their hookflash length is not what the PBX expects so the call transfers do not work...
