Alcatel Oxe

Hello, I want to record a call from an agent.

 

I am attaching the logs and. vgs, etc, etc..

 

The pbx = alcatel oxe

 

the call arrives at VG, vg conference at the extension 8948,

 

the agent answers but not heard anything.

and not heard either client-side

 

Your help please

The ktTel trace shows:

What model Dialogic card are you using on this system?

 

To do "Dial and Conference"/"Tromboned" type transfers (which ACD system also uses) you need to use a "JCT" or "DMV" type card.

 

if you are not using a "JCT" or "DMV" type card the the two parties would not hear each other as the voice path connection would not be made.

Dial and Conference General Notes:

 

The D4PCIU* family cards do not support "Dial and Conference". You need a JCT or DMV series card (eg. D/41JCT, D/120JCT, DMV160 etc.), or any T1/E1 Digital cards (eg. D/240JCT, DMV600B etc.)

 

 

This is now probably irrelevant as wrong card type is used:

 

In the original script the transfer is made using VoiceGuide's ACD system, with the transfer module using:

 

ACD:prueba

 

In the last script the transfer is made directly to an extension number 8948 instead, with call recording then being started from following VBScript.

 

Would you like to do the call transfers using the ACD system, with calls being received by logged in agents, or by just by transferring the call to a PBX extension directly?

ACD is not supported by Dialogic cards, d4pciu1?

Always transfer to the ACD will be a conference?

I can transfer with ACD, without conference?

ACD uses the 'Dial and Conference' (Tromboned/2-Line) transfer to connect calls to agents.

 

D4PCI* series cards do not support 'Dial and Conference' transfers so it is not possible to use ACD on these cards.

Hello.
I put dialogic dmv600betep

ports are 8910 ... 8939

8948,8949,8950 extensions.

I call to port 8910 and I hope transferred to extension 8950.

this does not happen.

Traces show the outgoing call was fine, and was answered 20 seconds after being dialed:

What sort of systm is providing the E1 trunk? Is it still Alcatel Oxe ?

 

The Dailogic card shows that no DNIS or CallerID was sent with the call that arrived on system.

 

If you did not see the PBX sending a call to 8950 the you should do an ISDN level trace that will show the ISDN mesages exchanged between the Dialogic card and PBX.
