Jus t want to ask how to record the conversation of the two line?

because after i transfer the call, and when the record start?the line also drop.

Can you kindly help me.

If you continue having problems please post your script and the vgEngine and ktTel traces capturing the call.

I just only use 4 module.

 

1. to get the number want to transfer the call(I used our extension number)

2.Then to transfer the call.

3. Records conversation.

4. hang up

Traces show that the call transfer made is a "Blind Hookflash Transfer".

 

2-line recording only works when a "Tromboned" ('Dial and Conference') call is set up first.

Theres 3 ttypes of"Dial and Conference(Blind,MOnitored and Anounce)"?which of this need to use?and also

Any one is fine. 'Blind' is the simplest one so recommend to use this one first.

'Dial and Conference' (Tromboned) transfers only work with JCT and DMV type cards.

 

What model Dialogic card are you using on your system?

how can i know which model Dialogic Card,

here i try to go to device manager then i see thos dialogic model.

 

Dialogic D41JCT-LS, D41JSF or D4pCI-U card

Card model is usually shown on a sticker next to the port sockets.

 

If you can take a photograph of the card and post it here then we can see from photograph what is the model.

If it is an analog card and is a 'half-lenght' card then it is not a JCT or a DMV type card.

 

'Half-lenght' analog cards are all D/4PCI* series cards, which do not support CT-Bus, and hence do not support call bridging.

I already saw the white sticker you metion in the middle of the 4 ports.

 

D4PCIUFW is the card number. if the dialogic not support the call bridging,theres any way to

record the conversation between two lines?

This card does not support call bridging. There is no way to establish a bridge between two lines and as a result there is no way to be able to record a conversation between two bridged lines.
