Problems With Audio Files

Hello,

 

We are having a few problems with voiceguide.

 

Everything works fine for a while however after a few calls, or multiple calls, all of a sudden voiceguide will hangup straight away and not do anything. Analysis of the logs shows that the problem is with the Audio samples we are playing. The weird thing is if we restart the program it works fine for a while.

Please place the attached file in "C:\" and restart VoiceGuide.

 

Log files called "TapiwrapLogMMDD.txt will be created in "C:\"

 

When problem occurs please .ZIP up the log file for the day when the problem occurred and post it here or email it to us. We will then be able to see what events have led up to this issue...
