These would be the first two steps - thereafter I'd recommend you read the section in VG Help file on Inband Signalling and look at the Voicemail system's Auto-Attendant feature... BTW. the Inband Signaling configuration example in VoiceGuide's Help file is for a Siemens PBX... It should not require much work to modify this for the Hicom... Share this post Link to post
