Alternatively, you can specify in VoiceGuide script which html is to be displayed in agent popup.

It can be a http(s) link, path to html file on disk (use $RV[AcdAgentPopup_DisplayLink] for this), or the html can be explicitly passed to popup using $RV[AcdAgentPopup_DisplayHtml]

$RV[AcdAgentPopup_DisplayLink] can be set using the Evaluate Expression module (before call is transferred to ACD queue).

There are many other ways in which $RVs can be set in VoiceGuide, and $RV[AcdAgentPopup_DisplayLink]can be set in any of those ways (returned data from program, COM interface functions that return RVs etc.)
